To support delivery of Chronograph’s hosted software applications (“Cloud Services”), including the development and support of such applications as well as their use by clients, and to provide implementation services and support for our applications (including installed software applications) Chronograph, LLC may engage and use certain data processors (each a ‘Sub-Processor’).

This summary provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-Processor. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-Processor, Chronograph evaluates the third party’s privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and enters agreements with such Sub-Processors setting forth the scope and conditions for such sub-processing.
